Phream Terms and Conditions for Online Betting in the Philippines

1 Introduction

Welcome to Phream. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Phream online betting platform, available at phream.best ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Phream, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Phream is operated as an online gaming platform serving the Philippines market. Our mission is to provide Filipino players with a fair, transparent, and entertaining betting environment across sports, live casino, and other gaming categories. These Terms exist to protect you as a player and to establish the rules under which Phream operates — so both sides know exactly where they stand.

These Terms should be read together with the Phream Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Phream.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a Phream account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Phream.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or under any active restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online betting services.
• You must be betting with funds that are legitimately yours and not obtained through unlawful means.

Phream reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, Phream may suspend or permanently close the account in question and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a review.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Phream account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Phream reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when registering your Phream account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. Phream may require verification of any information provided at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Phream login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Phream support immediately. Phream will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4 Deposits

Phream accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to additional review for large transactions.

Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your Phream account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your Phream balance — are not permitted. Phream may return funds and request verification where the source of a deposit cannot be confirmed.

Deposit Processing

Most deposit methods are credited to your Phream balance instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer depending on your financial institution. Phream is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Phream account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 1 hour of approval.
• GrabPay / Coins.ph: Typically processed within 1–4 hours.
• InstaPay / PESONet / Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–24 hours depending on banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Verification

Phream may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. This is a regulatory requirement and a player protection measure. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or cancelled.

Bonus-Linked Balances

Funds credited through a Phream promotion or bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

6 Betting Rules

Phream offers betting markets across multiple categories including PBA basketball, boxing, volleyball, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation from Phream. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. Phream is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to connection issues, browser problems, or device failure on your end.

Odds and Market Availability

Phream reserves the right to adjust odds and close betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events. If a bet is placed at odds that were incorrect due to a technical error, Phream reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account. Phream makes every reasonable effort to ensure odds accuracy but cannot guarantee that errors will not occasionally occur.

Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. Phream reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected arbitrage or system exploitation.

7 Bet Settlement

All Phream bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body, league, or sanctioning authority — for example, the PBA for basketball results, or the relevant boxing commission for fight outcomes.

Postponed and Cancelled Events

If an event is officially postponed before it begins and has not been rescheduled within 48 hours, all pre-event bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. If an event starts but is subsequently abandoned or suspended, settlement rules depend on the number of periods or rounds completed. Incorrect Settlement

If a bet is settled incorrectly due to an error in result data, Phream will correct the settlement as soon as the error is identified, regardless of whether that results in a debit to the player's account. Players who have subsequently withdrawn funds that were credited due to a settlement error may be required to return those funds.

8 Promotions and Bonuses

Phream offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, household, IP address, and device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• Phream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses that are claimed through fraudulent means — including through multiple accounts or exploitation of technical errors — will be voided and the relevant accounts may be suspended.
• Phream's decision in all matters relating to promotions is final.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available. Qualifying bet types and minimum odds may apply — these are stated per promotion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Phream and may result in account suspension, bet cancellation, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account on the Phream platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Phream platform in any way.
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placing the bet (insider information).
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that Phream determines to be exploitative or contrary to fair play.
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activities or using the platform to launder money.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21) to access or use your Phream account.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Phream staff or other users.

Phream cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate Philippine authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Phream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, particularly in cases where these Terms have been violated. In such cases, Phream will provide reasonable notice where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your Phream account, contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after account verification. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements will have the bonus balance removed before the net available balance is returned.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not logged in or placed a bet for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Phream may charge an inactivity fee on dormant accounts in line with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

11 Responsible Gaming

Phream is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their betting habits. These tools are built into the platform and are available to all registered players at no cost.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause betting activity for a set period without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Phream platform. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy and Data Use

In summary, Phream collects the personal data you provide during registration and verification, transaction data related to deposits and withdrawals, and usage data about how you interact with the platform. This data is used to operate your account, comply with regulatory requirements, and improve the Phream experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Phream platform — including the Phream brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and betting interface — is the intellectual property of Phream or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Phream content without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Phream platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes in line with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Phream's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's Phream account at the time the claim arises.

Phream is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses caused by events outside Phream's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party system failures.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Phream reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — Phream will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Phream platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect.

16 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Phream platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, we encourage players to contact Phream support directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through our customer support team. Phream is committed to resolving all player concerns in good faith and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with Phream, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. Phream will cooperate fully with any such process.
